Neopopulism is about enforcing the Rule of Law. This means limiting
the imperialist expansion of "administrative law" in the modern
regulatory state. Part of the inherent mediocrity of the bureaucratic
elite is their lack of concern for the rights and the dignity of the
people. Neopopulism stresses not just our rights, but our dignity,
which is diminished every time the Rule of Law is diminished.
