The 281 Care Committee case challengin Minnesota Statute 211B.06's constitutionality is scheduled for May 29, 2009 before U.S. District Court Judge Rosenbaum.  Statute 211B.06 bans false statements in political campaigns.  The case was identified by Minnesota Journal of Law and Politics as one of its 2008 cases of the year.
